All dogs listed in this section have been rescued from a puppy mill. Everything is new to a puppy mill dog-- going outside, touching grass, playing, treats, toys, a bath, even a kind human touch. Some puppy mill survivors require a little more TLC & understanding but will eventually make a great companion.
